Mike is Managing Director and owner of CountyClean Environmental Services Ltd.  With many years of experience in the liquid waste management industry he has achieved scores of successful business relationships with a client base ranging through domestic, industrial and commercial types and working closely with a number of very high profile and blue-chip organisations.

Debbie Walker

Debbie is Company Secretary and owner of CountyClean Environmental Services Ltd.  Debbie has more than twenty five years experience in business and people management, ICT, administration and back office work.  She ensures daily smooth running of the office keeping staff, customers and suppliers happy with all they need.

Steve Smith

Steve joined CountyClean Environmental Services Ltd in 2008 as Operations Director and brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in transport, logistics and operations.  Steve has been involved in transport all of his working life in one form or another. 

He manages the fleet and the operational staff and also responds to customer queries concerning the booking, organising and project managing of all tanker related works.

Darren Baldwin

Joining CountyClean Environmental Services Ltd in 2008 as Commercial Director with the key role of developing solid business relationships with customers and suppliers alike, Darren brings with him over 20 years waste environmental and commercial sales experience. 

With a focus on sales strategies and sales team management, Darren has excellent experience of all the company services with a strong understanding of the commercial and industrial sectors.  He has a good understanding of environmental legislation and cavernous knowledge for sourcing suitable treatment or disposal facilities, whatever the waste stream.

Trevor Beer

Trevor joined CountyClean Environmental in February 2011 as Contracts Manager.  He arrives with a wealth of knowledge on CCTV and Drainage works having worked in the industry for many years.  His key responsibility is to look after long term contracts and assist in the operational organising of the CountyClean fleet.
